LADIES DATING ADVICE PLEASE?

Ok, heres the thing. I'm 5 10 broad shoulder long limbed muscular. Mixed black man. With black hair and light caramel,/bronze skin. I have moody facial features which usual have a scowl on [by default cant help that]. I also have white perfect teeth and dimples. Now looking at my life on a scale i have noticed something. Some women around me [in public places] notice me. Others do not. For instance i was in a waiting room at an office the other day. I looked around and saw one women looking at me with a smile on here face and she didn't look away even when i made eye contact. It couldn't be any more obvoius that she liked me, by the the look in here eyes she was suggesting sex. So, then i look arounds the rest of the room. Almost all the other women weren't even glancing at me. Most were reading magzines or something. and when i made eye contact or looked at them, they looked at me in disgust or refuse. Or acted nervous and cautious around me. Liked they thought i was gonna rob the place or something. So, this has happened [let me ******* face it] all my life. Now my theory here is that some women are attracted to me others find me disgusting. Which is most likely true. But then i began to think what if i were to hit on these women who are disgusted with me. Like maybe they are shy or not sure to look me in the eye but, at same time attracted to me. So, my question here is what if i tall muscular mixed black man came up to you ladies. And this guy has a scowl on his looks kinda rough. Broad face with short black hair but, begin to flirt with you. Would you chicken out or would you be attracted to him. I'm just trying to see if maybe the women who are cautious of me, are just off put be my demeanor. Because i remenber i long time age there was this girl who acted cautous of me like the others. And she asked me why i never smiled and i said i just dont. then she said smile. and when i did she smiled and giggled and rest of the day was playing around with me and would smile at me in the hallway and what not. And this has been happening to me all my life i guess. My question is if i guy looking like my came up to you [and be honest] what would be your reaction.
